This townhouse is very large at 2350 sq. feet.
The townhouse no longer has the hot tub in the photos, but the country club that is included in the lease has pools and a hot tub and is right next to the development that the townhouse is in (the country club also has access to the lake and tennis courts).
The master bedroom bath has been updated with a large walk-in shower and new vanities, neither of which is pictured yet.
