Max Rental 6-Months. Rent includes electric service/consumption up to a set amount ($200), overages are to be borne my tenant. Water, Sewer, Refuse and Front Landscaping are included in rent. EV Charging is not allowed. So, plan accordingly if renting a vehicle. A pet canine may be approved on a case by case basis. Must be housebroken and more than 2-years of age. No other pets will be considered. Maximum occupancy is 4.
