Two-floor, two-bedroom 1,167 square foot condo for rent. This unit was totally gut-renovated in 2018.… This two-level condo contains two bedrooms & two full baths. It features one private deck off the main floor (which is an open concept kitchen and living room). The four-floor house is built into a hill, so the main floor of this unit is the open concept layout and the bedrooms are downstairs with a back exit that opens up to a private deck and shared patio. On the main floor, there is a large kitchen island, hardwood floors, and a full bath. The downstairs has one primary suite and a second bedroom that can function as a bedroom or can also work great as a guestroom or home office space.

There are numerous dining destinations within walking distance (including the award-winning, neighborhood-favorite Ciao! Pizza) and the Mystic Mall is close by (huge Market Basket!). The 111 bus stop, express to Haymarket, is located nearby. The 116/117 bus lines take you to Maverick T within 10 min, or the Silver Line heads into the Seaport. This is an owner-occupied and managed building. Chelsea residents are eligible for a residential discount on the Tobin Bridge, which makes Charlestown, Cambridge, the North End, and Back Bay just a quick drive away. On street city parking on Broadway and on Eldridge Place (there are always available spots).
