The kitchen floor is ceramic tile. The living room and dining room are wood floors which have just been redone. All rooms except the bathroom and porch have a ceiling fan. There is a small office at the top of the front stair entrance. The office and 2 bedrooms are carpeted and have just been cleaned professionally. The whole apartment has been repainted (walls, ceilings). The laundry hookups are in the basement. The house is very well insulated.
