This Cottage is available for a fixed term from September 1st, 2026-February 28th, 2027 with the possibility of an extension if the Tenant is a good fit for the property.
Rent price is $1,900 per month + GE Tax.
UTILITIES INCLUDED in the Rent are: Electric, Water, Trash Service and Yard Service.
Tenant will be required to pay for Propane and Internet.
Tenant will be required to purchase a HO4 policy (Renters Insurance).

The Space: Immediately when you walk in, you'll notice how expansive the space feels. Truly unique & remarkable construction. THE AREA: Hao street is on the upper level of Kaloko, so comfortable cool temperatures year round!
Very close to Kona Airport, Costco, Kua Bay Beach, and Kona town!
The Cottage has its own driveway from the entrance of the property, & it's extremely private. It's far enough from the main house where you feel like you're in your own little tropical world! The landscaping is very special. A very well cared for property!
