This is a strictly no-parties property, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill (receipts will be reimbursed) or bringing their own charcoal for charcoal grills. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and potential cancellation without refund. Cats are not allowed. Shoes should be removed indoors. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $500 refundable security deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver.
