1. No more than two vehicles per unit. No autos in disrepair condition allowed on property or parked in front of property . If an automobile is leaking any type of fluid tenant is to provide ground protection and be responsible for the cleanup of any fluid stains made by leaking automobile. This applies to guest of tenants as well. 2. It is tenants responsibility to put garbage containers on street for pick up day and return containers to property. 3. No person or persons can move into the rental property without completing rental application process with property manager. This will include a credit/eviction/criminal report. 4. Tenants cannot sublease unit/rental. 5. No illegal activity of any type if allowed on the property. 6. No storing of illegal items of any type is allowed on the property. 7. No loud noise, No boom boxes aloud at all. 8. All grounds area are to be kept picked up and cleaned. 9. During spring and summer months water grass/flower beds. 10. No painting or remodeling of any type can take place within the house inside or outside. If you install a fixture if becomes a permanent part of the house. 11. Any mechanical, electrical, plumping or structural problem with the house/unit should be reported to the owner/property manager as soon as it is discovered. 12. If you break it you fix it. 13. If you plan on being away for an extended period of time, please notify the owner/property manager. 14. Broken appliances cannot be stored any place on property. They must be removed immediately. If property owner/manager discovers these items they will be removed at tenants expense.
