Pets are subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $300/pet/year due before move-in and allowed up to two animal dogs or cats only. Tenant must abide by the rules, regulations, and restrictions of the homeowners' association (HOA), and must correct any violations immediately. Landlord/owner pays for the HOA dues.
