VINTAGE TINY HOME, FULLY FURNISHED, separate private location, gated road with only 4 houses on our street, close to the 125 freeway in Bonita, your own private gate, driveway and yard. Property is on 3 acres with an organic garden and a glamping tent for airbnb. We also live onsite in a house that is quite a distance away. We would love to find someone who is passionate about sustainability, quiet, non-smoker, no parties, no sleepovers. Utilities and wifi included, you only pay for the propane you use for cooking and hot water. It's like living off grid, it has a composting toilet that you will need to maintain. It doesn't smell and in a separate room from the shower and sink. One indoor cat may be allowed, but no dogs.
