About us:
We are a South-Routt-native, family-run business that owns and manages three duplexes in the neighborhood. These properties were built over a span of several years by the grandfather of the family and are a labor of love of late evenings after his work at the local mine and many of his sons' summers. After 40 years, the responsibility has fallen on his sons and grandson to continue to provide a pleasant and mutually-respectful environment for tenants and the community at large. We take great pride in and responsibility for our properties and hope to enter into mutually beneficial lease agreements with high-integrity tenants.
