WE STEAM CLEANED THE CARPET AND CLEAN THIS UNIT FROM HEAD TO TOE! THIS ONE IS ONE MY FAVS! THERE IS STORAGE AND A PORTABLE CLOSET FOR SPACE. NEW RUG,DECOR AND MUCH MORE. LONG AS YOU KEEP IT TIDY , WE DO NOT MIND IF YOU HAVE A HOTPLATE OR TOATSER , SOMETHING LIKE THAT. NO SMOKING INSIDE, AND THIS UNIT IS NO PETS AT ALL, SORRY. WE HAVE DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS. NICE COLD AC! BIG BATHROOM. WE TRY TO ADD JUST A TOUCH OF THE " HOME" EFFECT. ALL OF OUR POLICIES ARE PRETTY BASIC AND ALL CLEAR AND POSTED IN THE OFFICE AND MGMT WILL GO THROUGH EVERYTHING BEFORE ANY MONIES ARE TAKEN.
