The space Upstairs: Queen & Full BRs, full bath, kitchen, living, and dining. Downstairs: Large couch and TV den, laundry, and 3 BRs: King with walk-in closet, twin, and a Twin bunks + Twin bed. Includes a 3/4 bath. Laundry room. Front yard: Nice grass and room to play Back yard: tree house, grill and griddle, covered patio with projector and patio couch or table and a jungle gym Guest access Only the locked 6th bedroom and the garage are off limits. Other things to note Cooling is not "central air", but upstairs evaporative cooling. it keeps the house around 70 all summer. Cool sleepers will do better upstairs.
