Minimum credit score: 650 Verifiable income preferred at 2x monthly rent or greater Employment and income verification required Positive rental history required No prior evictions or unpaid landlord collections No co-signers accepted No false or incomplete application information Criminal History: Applications may be denied for convictions involving violence, property damage, financial fraud, drug distribution, or offenses requiring sex offender registration, consistent with applicable law. Screening: Credit, criminal background, eviction history, rental history, employment, and income verification may be reviewed through Avail or Zillow screening services. Reusable Screening Reports: Third-party reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. Application Fee: Screening fee may be up to $55 per applicant and is non-refundable once screening begins.
