Available September 5th! Rent is $2,550/month with a $2,550 security deposit. This beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is available with a 12-month lease. Pets may be considered with owner approval and require an additional pet deposit of 300 dollars per pet. No smoking is allowed inside the home. Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean, maintaining the yard, and paying for utilities/wifi. Applicants will be screened for income, rental history, and background. We are looking for responsible tenants who will treat this home with care and respect. Please do not disturb current tenants through 9/1. Showings are available by appointment only due to current occupancy. To help ensure a great fit for both the tenant and the property, all applicants will go through a screening process. Applicants will be asked to provide proof of income and may be asked for supporting financial documentation. Rental references will be required, including at least one reference from a previous landlord when applicable. A brief conversation with the homeowner will also be part of the approval process.
