Come stay at this two-story dry cabin in the woods on seven private acres with the Anchor River flowing through the bottom. We have a dry (no running water) 677-foot cabin including a large loft for rent in Anchor Point, Alaska, available from September with a 6-month lease and month-to-month after that. This secluded and spacious dry cabin is for rent at $800 per month plus electricity and propane and $800 security deposit. There would be an additional $100 per month for up to two approved dogs. Internet is included but you haul your own drinking water and trash. This cabin is fully furnished with everything required for the kitchen, a comfortable queen bed in a separate bedroom downstairs, indoor gas fireplace, TV with DVD player plus movies, window coverings, pullout futon couch, large water dispenser, tasteful wall hangings, bedding, pillows, sleeping bags for loft area. A large carpeted loft has a twin bed, full-size floor futon, and desk. Due to the loft, this rental may not be suitable for very young children for safety reasons. A composting toilet with instructions is provided but previous tenants rented a porta John. The number one feature would be the picture-perfect view over the 7-acre property from the massive back deck including outside furniture and a firepit. As common in Alaska, many types of wildlife are in the area for possible viewing including moose, bald eagles, and more. Nearby facilities to shower or wash clothes can be found in Homer. This amazing cabin is only 20 minutes from Homer and an hour to Soldotna. No indoor smoking at all and only those on the lease may reside at the home. This property has a nearby property manager.
