Lease Term: 12-month lease

Tenants are responsible for electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, & garbage.
Pets: 2 pet maximum. Weight restriction: 75 lbs or less. $50/month pet rent per pet.

To Move In:
First month's rent is due at lease signing. The security deposit is due within 24 hours of application approval.
Applications are reviewed in the order they are completed. An application is considered complete once all adult applicants (18 years and older) have:
*Completed an application;
*Paid the application fee;
*Submitted three months of pay stubs, if required;
*Submitted a copy of a valid photo ID; and
*Submitted photos of any pets, if applicable.
Applicants are welcome to submit supplemental documentation for consideration that may help offset any negative screening criteria.
This dwelling unit does not qualify as a "Type A Unit" (accessible unit) under the Oregon Structural Building Code and ICC A117.1.
