While it will be rented as a room, the space was thoughtfully designed to function as an entirely separate living area and offers exceptional privacy and convenience. Because this is our family home, we are looking for tenants who appreciate a quiet lifestyle, are respectful of the property and neighbors, and prefer a low-key living environment. This is not a party house. Rent is $1,500 per month for one occupant and $1,700 per month for two occupants. Max 2 occupants. Conveniently located in a beautiful private community with easy access to major commuter routes, shopping, dining, and employment centers. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Overnight guests permitted only on an occasional basis; long-term guests require prior approval. Background check, credit check, proof of income, and references required. Minimum monthly household income of approximately three times the monthly rent preferred. Maximum occupancy: two adults. Tenant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the rented space and promptly reporting maintenance concerns.
