Guest Agreement Required All guests are required to review and sign a house rules agreement prior to check-in. Respect for Community This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests must be respectful of neighbors at all times. Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum during evening and early morning hours. Outdoor areas are considered quiet spaces after 9:00 PM. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Occupancy Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval is given. Outdoor Use The backyard and patio are shared spaces. Please be respectful of other occupants when using outdoor areas. No amplified music or speakers are allowed outside of the unit. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. Pets No pets are allowed. Trained service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. Parking Street parking is available in the neighborhood. Please follow all posted parking signs and local regulations. Access & Property Layout This is a lower-level unit accessed via a walkway down the driveway. Please be mindful of other occupants when entering and exiting the property. Utilities Utilities are included up to $200 per month. Excess usage may be billed accordingly.
