1 year lease preferred but will work with military families on orders that don't quite fit that. No smoking on property. If you have a pet, clean up after them. Dog landmines need to be picked up daily. We do schedule a mandatory 6 month walkthrough. Tenant is responsible to report any maintenance issues. Tenant is only responsible to replace any burnt out lightbulbs. Tenant is responsible to maintain cleanliness in the home and the front and back yard. Landlord is responsible for lawncare. Tenant is responsible for any snow removal needed. This property is spacious and quiet. It is located 5 minutes from Wilson gate and 7 minutes from the main gate. Our neighbors are amazingly nice people who take a lot of pride in their homes. The backyard is fully fenced in and very large. There is a shed on property that can be used by tenant. This property does have a one bedroom apartment in the side basement. It is a completely separate driveway and entrance. We only rent to vetted traveling professionals who work at the nearby hospitals or military personnel. No pets in the apartment rental and we only rent to single occupants or married couples who are here for 1-3 month rotations. We've have a 2 and 4 yr old and make sure to keep this a safe space, you don't even notice they are there.
