Minimum Lease Term: 12 months Rent Payment: $2,300.00 Security Deposit Refundable upon satisfactory move-out inspection Tenant responsible for all utilities (Water/Sewage, Electricity, Gas, Internet, and Cable) No Pets Allowed No Smoking Allowed Inside the Property Tenants are responsible for minor maintenance issues. Landlord will handle major repairs and structural issues. Tenants are required to carry renter's insurance throughout the lease term. The property is provided in good, clean, and habitable condition. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and sanitary manner. Landlord or authorized personnel may enter the property for necessary maintenance or inspections, with reasonable notice provided to tenants. Options for lease renewal may be discussed within 60 days of the lease expiration date. Early termination is subject to penalties as outlined in the lease agreement. Both parties must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice for lease termination. Tenants agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the use and occupancy of the property. All formal communication should be in writing. Emergency contact information for both landlord and tenant will be provided. All appliances and furnishings provided with the property are to be used as intended and maintained in good condition. Tenant responsible for routine yard maintenance unless specified otherwise.
