Potomac Metro Station is located around the corner from the property and the Eastern Market metro station is about 5 blocks away at the Eastern Market. Any unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing. -Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. -Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities.
