Lease terms

-This listing is for one private bedroom in a shared three-bedroom home. The -Tenant will share the common areas, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and outdoor areas with the other residents of the Property. -Extended stays by individuals who are not approved Tenants are not permitted. -The Tenant and their guests must be respectful of the other residents and neighbors and may not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience others or use the Property for any unlawful purpose. -Tenants share responsibility for moving the trash and recycling bins to the appropriate collection area and returning them after collection. Parking behind the Property is available with prior approval for $20/car/night, $62.50/car/week, or $250/car/month. -If the Tenant terminates their lease early, they may remain responsible for the remaining Rent due under the terms of the Lease. -Package theft and loss can occur in Washington, D.C. Tenants are encouraged to use secure delivery options such as Amazon Lockers or carrier pickup locations when possible. -The Tenant is responsible for the storage and security of their bicycle and/or automobile. -Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets. Wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, and other items must not be flushed. -Utilities are not included in the bedroom's monthly rent. The Tenant is responsible for their applicable share of the Property's utilities, which are invoiced separately. -The Tenant is expected to keep their private bedroom clean and to share responsibility with the other residents for maintaining the common areas of the home in a clean and orderly condition.
