Renter to pay all utilities, but should be pretty low. Home will not be ready until August/September. Finished Pictures being showed are of a home build by the same builder in Sedona, the home is under construction and should be completed and move in ready in August. Northern AZ locally owned, we plan to build gardens and plant an orchard on the property, so are open to working out an arrangement for garden/farming help in exchange for lower the rent cost for the right local tenant. This is not required, but it's a plus :).
