OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: $12,000 per month ($400 per night, plus utilities) pricing available October-May 2027 $10,500 per month ($350 per night, plus utilities) pricing available June-September 2026 A $3,000 security deposit is required. All guests are required to sign a Short Term Rental Agreement. This home is only available for stays of 28 nights or more. Cleaners follow CDC recommended cleaning guidelines. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Maximum heating and cooling allowance is $200 per 30 night stay. Pool heating is available upon request. Please note that the home includes a $200 monthly utility allowance for combined electricity and gas. Pool heating runs on gas and can cost up to $100 per night. Any utility charges over the $200 monthly allowance will be the guest's responsibility. The pool is a saltwater system. The third bedroom offers added privacy, as it is detached from the main home and accessed via a small covered patio (see photos). The Responsible Person must be at least 30 years old. The home accommodates up to 4 guests. For groups larger than 2, there is a $15 per night charge for each additional guest. One small pup is welcome with prior host approval. The pet fee is $10 per night, plus a $100 pup cleaning fee. All vehicles must be parked on the property, up to a maximum of three. The cleaning fee for a minimum 28 night stay is $450. The maximum included amount for gas and electric utilities is $200 per month in total. Any overage beyond that allowance will be the guest's responsibility. A holding deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay is required to remove the listing from availability.
