This agreement is a binding part of the Lease Agreement for the detached studio unit The Tenant agrees to strictly follow the rules below to protect the property and ensure a safe, clean living environment. -Reporting Damage: The Tenant agrees to notify the Landlord immediately of any water leaks, broken appliances, or structural issues to prevent further damage. -Indoor Maintenance: The Tenant must keep the inside of the unit clean, safe, and free of trash buildup. Trash must be bagged and taken outside to the proper bins regularly -Outdoor and Yard Care: Because this unit features a private yard, the Tenant must keep the yard, patio, and covered parking area tidy. No trash. -Inside the Unit: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Smoking of any substance (including tobacco and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the studio unit outside only. -Rent must be paid on time due to the month-month leasing after 5 days a $25 a day additional late fee will apply. -Renter is responsible for any damages they cause to the property. Rent is $1,100 a month $500 deposit
