Also, new Pella sliding windows on the front, Luxury Vynil Plank floors upstairs, new carpet on the stairs, new coat of paint inside and out, and driveway leveling to name a few over the last few years. STAND-OUT OAK VALLEY NEIGHBORHOOD: This is a very friendly neighborhood. Many neighbors are either raising families or already retired.
