Please be aware of a slight transition with two interior steps between the living room and the dining area/kitchen on the main floor. This home features Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors, high ceilings, and skylights. The open-concept living space is perfect for gathering, and the well-appointed gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. It includes an oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, Viking 6-burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, and a center island with 4 barstools. The master bedroom upstairs includes a king-size bed, an en-suite master bath with an oversized shower and soaking tub, dual sinks, and granite countertops. The main floor has a slight transition between the living room and the dining area/kitchen, separated by two interior steps. There are stairs leading to the 2nd-floor bedrooms and balcony, and a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck. Please note that the home only has heating, no air conditioning. Please do not leave the heat running when you are not home and turn it off upon checkout. The honeycomb blinds are delicate and require gentle handling when opening and closing.
