12 months (price as listed) or 9 months (8/16/2026 to 5/31/2027). Short term lease options available (5/22 to 8/17 - contact manager for details) tenant pays all utilities & high-speed internet / WIFI. Landlord pays trash and recycling. Online payments available. We do not allow smoking of any kind, or illegal drugs. Cat oks with $300 pet deposit, plus $35 per month pet rent. No dogs. Up to 2 people. We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind. Note 1; All portable tenant screening reports MUST come directly from the consumer reporting agency and must be dated within the last 30 days. Note 2: All tenants and grantors must use the Zillow application or the above-mentioned portable tenant screening report(s). All portable screening reports must be complete, as per COLORADO HB23-1099. Application fee (s) paid directly to Zillow or other screening services like Transunion, for credit and background checks. Documentation of current employment and/or support required. Identity documentation required. Need clean background checks and good rental history. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
