The main heated living area features 800 square feet with one bedroom, one bathroom, a large kitchen with washer and dryer hookups, and a spacious living room complete with a fireplace and propane stove. An additional 200 square feet of seasonal living space includes a sunroom, enclosed back porch workshop, and extra storage.
Restu Cabin has a private well that supplies water to the property. The tenant is responsible for maintenance and pumping of the toilet vault, suggest service with Johnston Sanitation. Tenants are also responsible for maintaining bear-safe trash practices. Establish electrical service with the City of Loveland before move in. Propane tank provided, tenant suggested to fill with Polar Gas.
Step outside onto the large southeast- and northwest-facing deck to take in breathtaking mountain sunrises and sunsets.
