Available school year 2026-2027, from August 15, 2026 to May 31, 2027 only. No short-term rentals or sublets. Adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath Mission Beach Cottage located steps from the sand. This cottage has everything you need for an unforgettable experience. A full kitchen with full sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave and all utensils make it easy to cook for family and/or friends. On the peek ocean view front patio, we have a gas BBQ, firepit and picnic bench. After walking the beach watching the amazing Pacific sunsets, cuddle up at night by the gas fire pit or go back inside and watch a movie on the smart TV with a cute electric fireplace to warm things up. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a full sized upper bunk with a desk below. All linens are provided along with beach chairs and boogie boards, and a starter set of cleaning and paper supplies to fully enjoy your stay. There is a washer and dryer on site, as well as a small and narrow garage only capable of housing one Mini Cooper or similarly sized cars and possibly a bike or two. We recommend arriving carless and using bikes or e-bikes to explore the Mission and Pacific Beach areas.
