Absolutely no drugs of any kind allowed on the property, violators will be prosecuted by the extent of the law. This is a quiet, respectful, family friendly neighborhood and we ask that you be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet time is 10 pm - 6 am. Small dogs allowed with a per-pet deposit, and monthly pet rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Renters required to clean up pet waste and dispose of immediately.
