Property is within walking distance of retail (expanding Kroger) and is located within the Walton High School, Dickerson Middle School, and Sope Creek Elementary School (East Cobb) school district. Furnishings include a large China cabinet in dining room, screen for gas fireplace, and artwork, which are all optional and can be removed on request. Water/Sewer and Trash Collection included within rent. Ground floor unit with large and extensively landscaped (flowers, etc.) backyard. Amenities include the pool as well as a tennis court / two pickleball courts and a gazebo with grilling stations. There are a couple pet stations available near the parking lots. A maximum of two surface parking spaces permitted. There is also ample room for additional guest parking. Property includes a sunroom and a fenced outdoor patio.
