Fully furnished living room and fully decked out kitchen (dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, microwave, fridge). Bedroom furniture not included. In-unit washer & dryer Cozy shaded patio for relaxing or studying outside Access to community pool Location Highlights: Less than 5 mins to SDSU by car Walking distance to Lake Murray (perfect for jogs, walks, or biking) Less than 1 mile to the trolley station: easy public transport access to all of San Diego Less than 1 mile away from VONS and Costco grocery stores. Parking: Free street parking, easy to find. After completing a tour/interview, we will need a submitted credit report and background check for the application process. We will also need your last two months' paystubs (3x monthly rent for each month) or school schedule. We're looking for friendly, respectful, and clean individuals to share the space with.
