The kitchen is stocked with plates, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and creamer. An updated bathroom includes a stand-in shower and essential amenities. The main level also offers a dining/workspace table for two and ample storage in a large wardrobe. The loft bedroom has an open railing overlooking the unit, with a partition for added privacy and light-blocking.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. A combination washer/dryer is available in the unit with complimentary detergent. Street parking or parking in the lot to the left of the building is available, with signs indicating 2-hour parking not being enforced. Parking along the building's wall with the flower mural is also an option.
The Ridge@38th is a vibrant, walkable community blending local businesses and residential spaces. Step across the street to a new park and playground, or explore eclectic local shops and eateries. The unit is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, bars, and a spa within walking distance. The loft bedroom is accessed via custom wood stairs that are semi-steep. For the convenience of all guests, please be aware of the following regulations: Respect reservation times, as cleaning and maintenance are scheduled around check-in and out times. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed, and additional charges may apply for undisclosed guests. Smoking of any substance is prohibited in the house or on the property, with a $350 fee to cover cleaning and restoration costs for violations. Tampering with outdoor cameras is not permitted. Quiet time is observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $500 fee per instance, plus all costs to clean and restore the accommodations. Broken or missing items will incur variable charges depending on the item and repair or replacement needs. Unpermitted guests will be charged $200 per guest per night. A check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed.
