The apartment is walking distance (super close) to the Petworth Green line Metro and local hospitals, several grocery stores, not to mention terrific restaurants/bars. We used to rent this unit on AirBnB and have 5 star reviews/excellent recommendations. My wife and I renovated the unit and it has everything you need in terms of furnishings and appliances to relax and recharge: High-speed internet/DirectTV, air conditioning/heat, plus all utilities + monthly cleaning service included. Washer/dryer in the unit and the whole house water supply is filtered. Street parking.
