Modern, spacious, brightly lit 1BR apartment in a 1920s row house in Park View/Petworth. This 550 square foot space has tall ceilings and plenty of natural light. A sliding door separates the bedroom and bathroom from the large kitchen, living room and dining area. The wood laminate floors are a warm color and easy to clean. The kitchen features a large refrigerator, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Tableware, utensils, and cookware are at the ready.
The bedroom features a memory foam queen-sized bed, sheet sets, a large closet for storage, and en suite bathroom with a full-sized tub/shower, sink and washer/dryer space.
This in-law suite has two private entrance(s) with security gates (front and back) plus camera monitoring via Ring.
The backyard is a shared space with a grill and fire-pit area and outdoor furniture.
The apartment is walking distance (super close) to the Petworth Green line Metro and local hospitals, several grocery stores, not to mention terrific restaurants/bars.
We used to rent this unit on AirBnB and have 5 star reviews/excellent recommendations.
My wife and I renovated the unit and it has everything you need in terms of furnishings and appliances to relax and recharge: High-speed internet/DirectTV, air conditioning/heat, plus all utilities + monthly cleaning service included. Washer/dryer in the unit and the whole house water supply is filtered. Street parking.
