Owner pays for Water, Sewer, garbage and WiFi / High speed Internet. Tenant pays for Electric and Gas through Avista Utilities (Avg. $125 per mo) Lawncare provided by owner. No snow removal service, shoveling of walkway during winter season is up to the tenant.
