Accommodate your family (including fur family) in this comfy, furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath home.… There is lots of natural light, a homey hearth in the living room, and a warm and cozy vibe. The master bedroom is an ensuite with a private, attached bathroom which was renovated when I bought the house in 2023. You will enjoy luxurious marble and a natural stone shower pan, making your daily shower feel like a mini-spa day. As well as the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, enjoy the many living spaces that offer everything from gathering and cooking in the dining area and kitchen, to finding moments of solitude and tranquility in the sunroom or the back garden patio. The home was built in 1951 by the military. There was singular owner, the Moore Family, for most of it's history. They took excellent care of the house in till they were no longer able to do so. I am working, slowly but surely, to bring the property back to its sweet splendor. It is located in Albuquerque's International District. There are cuisine and cultural destinations in this area that are unique to the city. The immediate 2-3 blocks surrounding the home are good for strolling and have a safe, sweet, neighborhood feel. However, be advised that the surrounding district does have a reputation for being a little rough. Plan to drive (rather than walk) on nearby city streets such as Zuni and Central. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils, gas stove and oven, microwave, plenty of pantry storage, and a new fridge and Ninja toaster oven/air fryer. The sunroom at the front of the house offers excellent bird watching, and the backyard is a special place with a garden patio that offers a tranquil place to spend time, especially in the early morning and at dusk. There is a laundry/mud room with included washer and dryer. Again plenty of space for your paper goods (tp, etc.) and cleaning supplies.
