Lease Terms / Rental Options Rental Type: Flexible rental arrangements may be available, subject to availability, owner approval, application screening, and a fully executed written lease agreement. Potential Rental Options Entire Home Rental * Starting at approximately $1,450/month for qualifying lower-occupancy arrangements. Whole Home Standard Family Occupancy * Approximately $1,600/month, depending on occupancy, lease terms, approved occupants, pets, and utilities. Private Bedroom / Shared Housing * Starting at approximately $875 per approved occupant, per month, subject to availability, owner approval, compatible roommate placement, and separate room rental agreements. General Lease Information * Month-to-Month tenancy may be available. * Security Deposit required before occupancy. * Written Rental Agreement required. * Rental Application, Background Screening, and Income Verification may be required. * Pets considered only with written approval and applicable pet addendum. * No keys or possession will be provided until all required lease documents have been executed and all required deposits, first month's rent, and applicable move-in fees have been paid. * Utilities may remain in Owner/Landlord's name during an initial transition period. Tenant is responsible for reimbursing actual utility charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Utility arrangements may vary depending on the selected rental option.
