The front door has a large deck outside. From the front door you enter into the living room. To the left is the door to the bedroom which has a nice sized closet. Next is the kitchen with ample cabinet space. The door to the bathroom is in the kitchen. The bathroom has a standing shower and washer/dryer area. There is a storage room off the kitchen which would make for nice storage or a pantry. There is a back door leading outside from the storage room as well. A single stall garage is available for rent for an additional $50/month if not already rented separately. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8.
