Lease terms

Pet Policy: A non-refundable pet deposit of $350 is required for each pet. Dogs are permitted; however, we regret to inform you that we do not allow cats on the premises. Financial Requirements: First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit equal to half of one month's rent are required prior to move-in. The non-refundable pet deposit must be paid in addition to the aforementioned financial requirements for tenants with pets. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the rental property. Utility Responsibility: All utilities, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, internet, and cable, are the responsibility of the renter. The tenant is expected to set up and maintain accounts with utility providers for the duration of the lease. Other Terms and Conditions: Tenants are expected to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in the lease agreement, including but not limited to noise regulations, maintenance responsibilities, and occupancy limits. Any damage caused by pets will be the financial responsibility of the tenant, and repairs or cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the lease term.
