1 bedroom available in a 3 bed 2 bath house n Seabright with convenient freeway access.… Looking to complete a calm and work minded household in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
The Room
Rent is $2,000 per month,
Deposit = one month rent + first month rent due on lease signing (month to month)
Master bedroom available (approx. 12' x 14') with its own bathroom, a large closet, and build in dresser and shelves. The space can easily fit a queen or king bed with a couple dressers and maybe some accent chairs. Freshly refinished hardwood oak flooring runs through the entire house.
Located off Morrissey with super quick access to the freeway, both north and south.
The House
On property there is a a shared storage space with a washer and a dryer. In addition, there is a gas range for cooking, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a second refrigerator (left by previous tenants)! There is a big backyard with four community garden beds and a large patio area that would be great for gardening, or creating an outdoor space to relax. There is a large driveway for parking available, and ample street parking. The back two bedrooms and second bathroom are occupied by two working individuals in their late twenties/early thirties (myself being one).
The other housemate has a quiet gentle kitty that is curious, calm, and friendly with other kind dogs and cats. Both of us work often throughout the day and keep to quiet, peaceful living but enjoy being friendly and sharing in a lively and open communication household.

Both housemates are working people, one works in Petcare and housesitting, and the other works as an engineer in a hotel in town. Both are quiet and calm individuals. Both individuals have rather full scedules
