Lease Duration: This is a month-to-month rental agreement, beginning on the agreed move-in date and continuing until terminated by either party in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of the lease. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, including on the balcony, near the garage, on the street, or in other designated outdoor areas. Tenants are responsible for properly disposing of cigarette butts and maintaining a clean environment. Pet Policy: Up to two small pets, each weighing 40 pounds or less, are permitted with no additional monthly pet fees. However, tenants are responsible for any pet-related damages. Additional charges may be assessed upon move-out if repairs or extra cleaning are required due to damage caused by pets. Parking: The property includes an oversized attached garage available to tenants free of charge. Additional parking options include guest parking spaces, parking directly in front of the unit, and free street parking. Tenants are responsible for complying with all local parking regulations, including street cleaning schedules and snow emergency or snow removal restrictions. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for paying the monthly electricity bill, which will be determined based on electric meter readings.
