Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome. Maximum two (2) animals permitted. There is a $300 animal deposit and $35/month for animal rent. Utilities not included. Electricity and gas are separately metered and billed to the unit. Internet/cable/phone would be arranged with a local provider. Tenant will reimburse Owner for a portion of the property's water, sewer, and trash bill. We prefer an annual lease and the advertised rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than 1 year (i.e. month to month) at a rate of $250/month in addition to the advertised rate. Some of the pictures are staged. The unit is provided unfurnished.
