Everything is included in this unit: electricity, Wi-Fi, water, cable, security, parking and access to the fitness room and swimming pool. Unfurnished. I get first last in security. But I don't need it all upfront I work with the right tenants. Water wifi cable electric is included. I will get first last and security, but not all upfront.
