24 month lease-term minimum 1st month and 1 month security deposit due at signing All tenants must be on the lease Rent is due promptly on the 1st of each month Written approval for any alterations, painting, or installations; tenant is responsible for restoring the property or paying for damages and repairs Utilities not included Pets are upon approval only with a separate deposit and monthly fee, 100% of pet damage is the financial responsibility of the tenant.
