There is a little flexibility on start and end dates. Ideal candidates will take the unit for the full six months, potentially during relocation for a new job in Charlotte Uptown. This is not a short term, month to month rental. I require at least 4 out of the 6 months minimum. Owner pays for water and internet. Heat/AC are part of the electric bill, which the renter is responsible for. 2 parking spots are paid for by owner. Additional guest parking is available only when both personal parking spots are occupied. The two parking spots are in a gated, covered garage. Renter will be responsible for any towing fees or HOA penalties caused by not following HOA policies. The Garrison is a non smoking community. If you want to bring a pet a $300 registration fee is charged by the HOA, which will be the renters responsibility. We do have a walk inside the gated community and a dog park 2 blocks away. The cleaning service I have been using knows the unit and can be hired for $150 a cleaning.
