If pets are discovered, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds. Smoking is not allowed; any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. This also applies to cigarette butts found outside the home. If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and reservation details may be turned over to authorities. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation and immediate departure without refunds. Noise monitoring technology may be used. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal. Guests must agree to a release before any refund is issued.
