Applicants: Anyone over the age of 18 living at the property must be listed on the application and there is a $40 fee per individual listed. The tenant is responsible for all utilities; electric, trash, gas, water & wastewater. Tenants will provide and maintain renters insurance, general care and general maintenance, i.e., smoke detectors batteries, light bulbs, CO2 monitor batteries, filter changes (filters will be provided), and maintaining the property.
