Late check-outs must be approved and may incur additional charges. Do not block driveways when parking. Do not order mail or packages to this location. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the platform. Lease violations, such as smoking or noise complaints, will result in a $500 fine. You may see bugs in the home due to Oklahoma's climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If you check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given if you cancel. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. If keys are not returned or are damaged, a $35 fee will apply for a new key. Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, or having unreported gatherings will result in a $250 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each additional bag over that is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries are provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day.
