Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Hot tub rules include showering before use, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, respecting the maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised children, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, keeping noise down, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, and no pets in the hot tub. Do not turn off the hot tub; only turn off the jets. The temperature should remain at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean.
